Turn Any Shoe Into A Stability Walking Shoe
When ordinary shoes just don’t provide the support necessary and custom designed orthotics are not desired, there is a solution. At Proprioception Australia and with full support from Posture Dynamics, we are proud to offer a full line of products designed to turn ordinary footwear into extraordinary motion control shoes. There’s no reason to go to the hassle and expense of buying custom insoles for flat feet when the ProKinetics line can get the job done properly for less.
The ProKinetics line of insoles was developed mainly to help resolve functional foot problems including falling foot arches. They are also ideal as runner insoles for support, proprioceptive stimulation and comfort.
ProKinetics were created based on breakthrough technology designed by a professor of podiatry. The technology originally developed resulted in the Posture Control Insoles, which have been used in thousands of patients for more than a decade with outstanding results.
The ProKinetics line is the result of this technology with careful refining by Posture Dynamics.
Posture Dynamics called on experts worldwide to assist with the refining process. Doctors, therapists, athletic trainers, coaches and even dentists – who all understand the intricacies of the body in motion – came together to help us master the designs we’ve created.
Today, the professionals at Proprioception Australia are pleased to be able to offer a full line of Posture Dynamics runner insoles and insoles for functional foot problems that help transform footwear into stability shoes.

Kinetics - Kinetic Technology™
Your feet, particularly the big toe and the inside of the sole provide major sensory input for your brain to balance your posture and body. Notice; if you lean just a little bit forward, the forefoot pushes back to keep you balanced.
The Kinetic Technology™ (the wedge underneath the big toe and inside of the sole) is what makes ProKinetics different. It changes when and how the foot feels the ground so new and different signals are sent to the brain. The brain determines that the muscles need to push back against the ground to balance the body as it always does, but now it happens earlier and it happens with the big toe, and that's exactly what we want--we want the big toe to do it's job.
Here is the reason this simple invention works so well. Although the first metatarsal that connects to the big toe is the strongest bone in the forefoot, studies have demonstrated that most people do not push off using the first metatarsal bone as they should. Instead they carry most of their weight on their second metatarsal almost under the middle of the foot.
You literally walk like you're on ice skates, so no wonder you're unstable and off balance.
Just like on skates, some people tilt in - over pronate, while other people tilt out - supinate. It's not hard to imagine how tired your legs and body would be if you were on skates all day. Well... most of us literally are!
The small red and orange wedges tell your brain to bring the inside of your foot down to the ground earlier without your arch flattening out or your ankles rolling in, so you'll be standing and walking on a stable tri-pod instead. So now it makes the big toe work, but it does not tire the foot because it does the same work as usual, except just a little earlier.
Prove it: Just scrunch up your feet as if you were trying to pick up a towel off the floor with your feet. That will make your arch come up and stabilize your feet.
Once your foot works more like a tri-pod and your body is stable, it feels no need to adjust all the muscles all the time, so finally, your body can relax! No more shin splints, tired calf muscles or aching back. Once your feet are right, your body mechanics improve, so good bye to knee pain, tight IT bands, Sciatica-- even shoulder and neck pain.
You can even test this right at home by taping a pad underneath the ball of the foot behind the big toe. Be sure not to get the pad too far under the foot. If it goes behind the second toe, it will feel like a lump in your shoe. Once you have experienced it, we're sure you'll want the real thing from us.
