ProKinetics Insoles™ (ProKinetics) are covered by a full 90 day money back guarantee as per conditions below.
Our Australian customers may return this product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), return the product(s) to us and you will receive a refund (less finance charges if payment was made via credit card). We must receive your returned product before the 90 day money back guarantee expires. If you bought the product via mail or phone order, 90 days applies from 2 days after shipping of your purchase. i.e. Your order is shipped on the 5th of January. 90 days begins from the 7th of January.
We reserve the right not to provide/sell products to customers known to us to abuse the 90 day money back guarantee.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement if the refund is made directly to your bank account or credit card.. If the payment was made by credit card then 3% will be deducted to cover the merchant processing fees. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
Please note that return postal charges are not covered by this or any other guarantee that we may have in place from time to time.
Make Our Expectations Your Expectations
In many cases our customers feel improvement in one to two weeks. In general posture changes may continue for several months.
Follow the instructions on the package to trim the ProKinetics Insoles™ (ProKinetics) and fit them in your shoes. Follow the break in instructions, and wear the insoles at least 70% of the time for 2 months. If you experience discomfort beyond that of starting a new exercise, discontinue wearing the insoles and contat us.
Return Instructions
Australian customers please return products to the retailer who sold them to you. The retailer will honour the guarantee. No return authorization is necessary. Be sure to include a copy of the original receipt with your insoles.
